What is a ZOOM workout?

From my “Coaching Training” perspective (see pics below)

  • group training in the privacy of your garage, home, office or outdoor space private training
  • notice in some cases you only see a name.  This means the person (ADRIC) has chosen to turn off the camera function. (acceptable)

If you choose to use your phone you will only be able to see me and yourself.  If you use your lap top you can see everyone who is on the Live Zoom and choose to show yourself or to remain private.Walk out of this quarantine lighter and tighter!  Take control of your health because NO ONE CAN DO IT FOR YOU!

If live group classes are not your thing, I offer a self paced 6 week workout regimen.  These workouts breed success.  If you do the work these 12 workouts will whip you into shape!  You can sign up for this anytime.

PLAYBACK PASS

All access to monthy recorded total body workouts. 3-4 a week instructor led instructional workouts for all FITness levels. Includes a meal plan.
