Over eating is a tough touchy subject.
Exposing an area of weakness is unnatural and therefore awkward.
Unfortunately, over eating exposes itself. It’s hard to hide.
It’s hard to hide because over eating causes multiple internal and external issues including a morphed soft blob of a body further leading to mental and physical struggles.
I’m not about to go off on a rant or start preaching willpower, resisting temptation, and dicipline.
These words, in my 23 years plus, often lead to setback and failure.
I firmly believe that over eating is a LEARNED habitual self soothing mechanism.
This isn’t desperate news because where I come from there are numerous intriguing, healthy ways to self soothe that don’t involve self abuse.
Additionally, I believe that anyone can unlearn a bad habit and learn a better new one.
Wake up sleepy head…DID YOU HEAR THAT?
If food is an addictive vice because you don’t want to feel, I hear you and I’m here to help you. If you over eat beacuse you often don’t eat enough…well that’s another topic for another day.
Over eater, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
You must, muster the energy to take on that fear like an aggressive campaign for social justice! You are going to tackle fear. Strong arm it and use helmet to helmet contact if necessary. Don’t worry you won’t suffer any harmful injuries but you will increase your energy level and sustain your life.
You will drop weight and experience weight loss. You will have better over all health and CONFIDENCE. Confidence because you kicked fear’s butt!
All you have to do is muscle up your brain. Be the boss of your brain.
Rise up and silience the silent majority which is fear.
Then you are going to allow me to help you…retrain the brain and learn how to move your body and how to eat. EAT..not self medicate with food.
I’m not talking about being skinny, super duper lean or total FITness figure competitor transformation. I’m talking healthy real life change.

Fear wants you to use food as a dependent pacifier to keep you ashamed, immobile, embarassed and in a funk.
When the over eatery urge comes over you like a giant ocean wave you have to act or you will be swallowed up. Do something different when you feel or see the wave.
Instead of feeding your hurt feelings with a pint of ice-cream, soothe your body in a warm epsom salt bath. Stay there for as long as it takes for the urge to pass. Turn on the music, watch a show from the tub.
Get upset and get moving. Go for a walk! Dance it out. Music always makes me feel better. Get the blood flowing and exercise.
When you dine out, don’t let fear tag along in your purse. Fear might tell you to order the salad so you can go home and gorge on pizza. Don’t do it. Order a meal. Take your time, eat it and if you don’t finish it all take a to go box for lunch the next day. Don’t be ashamed or embarrassed to order or take food home. Do NOT let fear keep you from ordering off the menu.

If your having financial or marital issues eating will not make the problems go away. Feeding your unaddressed quarrel will only cause more shame and anxiety. Drinking it down with alcohol will only cause the irrational feeling to over feed the hangover. It’s a vicious cycle that needs to end.
I have a healthy meal plan that works. This isn’t a detox or supplement filled diet plan. It’s real food. It’s eating several times a day. It’s learning to feed a hungry body and ignite the metabolism. It’s about making simple savvy selections insteaad of stupid fatty grease laden junk food choices.
