If you are new to the TABATA format allow me to explain.
Your free to focus on form and pounding out the reps in each 20 second segment.

- We will work in 4 minute segments.
- 8 exercises in 4 minutes.
- Each exercise will be done in 20 second increments with10 seconds to rest and prepare for the next exercise.
- We will shoot for 10 to 11 rounds in 45 minutes.
I will bring the timer!
You will need a mat, a water, something to step up on (step stool, bench, sturdy chair, weights and a smile!
