Ladies and gents…it’s been a wild year. Abercrombie & FItness was no stranger to the bizarre twist and turns of 2021.
Last January, clients (old and new) began to trickle into the gym for face to face and one on one contact. It was so nice to have some “in the flesh” folks in the gym. I was happy to give some in person hugs.
To boot, I’m ever so grateful that my virtual FITness phenoms chose to stay the Abercrombie & FITness course and keep me on as their trainer. I’m still beyond thankful for each of the special men & women for their monthly subscription and dedication to their health and FITness.

I’m a Texas girl so the more humidity the better. In the Winter time when we have to turn on the heat the air is instantly dry. This only contributes to scaly alligator skin, brittle hair, and yucky stuffy nose. This humidifier is perfect to help soften the air and keep the whole house hydrated. This modern humidifier fits perfectly on a nightstand, small sofa table, or in an office/study. I personally like to run one in every room during the winter months. This tower humidifier is easy to refill and comes in black and white. It has a fun blue light night light feature as well as a timer. It can also be used as an essential oil air purfier! I love a good two-fer!

Make your own sparkling water with SODASTREAM! This gadget has saved me money on canned Lacroix. Now I make and flavor my own sparkling bubbles.
Take your anger and stress out on this rugged durable slam ball from TRX is a must have. Useful for indoor or outdoor workouts. The rubber texture provides a non-slip grip. The ball is great for exercises such as med ball slams, russian twists, mountain climbers, elevated push ups, med toss with your workout partner and much much more! Yall may recall my mid year eye lash debocle? I decided to try out eye lash extensions for the Summer and it backfired. I had a major allergic reaction and as a result, lost my eye lashes. read about my lash crises here…(A tale of two lashes). In any case what saved my feelings, my face and my life in the interim were these three beauty products.
NEULASH eye lash serum. I applied this twice a day for 6 weeks. It works like crazy. Apply a thin line to the base of your lashes and with patience and persistence, your lashes will grow. These days, I apply once or twice a week at bedtime.
GLAMNETICS BABY GIRL MAGNETIC EYE LASHES
While I was growing my lashes, I discovered magnetic liner and lashes. These magnetic lashes saved my life. I tried about five different brands but Glamnetics and Luxilla were by far my favoirite. Easy to apply… use two coats, and hassle free.
Occasionally for a fun night out, I apply the lashes for a little glam.
LUXILLA MAGNETIC LASH SET & LINER (black & clear)
What I liked about Luxillia was the marker like liner. It was easier to manage than the liquid liner. I would apply two coats of the black liner, dry for few seconds and apply the lashes. (sometimes it’s necessary to trim the lashes to fit your eye shape). The lashes are so easy to attach. It’s like magic. If I knew I was going to be out for a long time or sweating, I would pack the clear liner pen in my purse and if needed, apply a dot or line to keep the lash in place.
These naked feeling high waisted leggings or capris give Lululemon a run for the money! Excellent stretch and feel! Compression is on point. Moisture wick fabric plus the two pockets! There are countless color choices.

These light weight waterproof bangles are so versatile and fun! Stack as you please. Mix and match, wear all nine or wear just a few. These bangles give you no trouble at TSA security. They add a little sass to your workout attire. I pull on at least three a day. The serenity bangles remind me to pray, breath, and stay focused in the moment. Many colors and styles to choose from including Silver, rose gold or GOLD!
VITAL PROTEINS COLLAGEN PEPTIDE POWDER
Two scoops a day! I start every day 7 days a week with two scoops of this powder. I feel like the collagen powder gets the party started. It’s super efficient for digestion, hydrations, protein and much more. Great for bones, healthy skin elasticity, and strength.
The egg cooker is a main stay in the Abercrombie household. I even purchased one for the college girl. Super easy to use, perfect boiled eggs. Auto shut off and easy to peel. This cooker also makes poached and scrambled eggs in a jiffy. Great for meal prepping.
I eat a high protein low carb diet. This rice cooker makes two cups of perfect fluffy rice. The best part is, you can turn it on, and walk away. It has an auto shut off. What’s more, is it makes super small portions of soups, chili, oatmeal, quinoa, and all the flavored rice you can dream up! I even made a two layer cake from the rice cooker!
I discovered c4smart energy this past year. There is no catch. It’s truly a can of delicious, refreshing energy derived from green tea extract. This sparkling caffionated drink packs flavor without any kick backs. No sugar, no calories and NO JITTERS! It comes in three amazing flavors. Grapefruit, cherry lime and my personal favorite, blackberry! I drink it as a afternoon pick me up around 3:30pm or 4pm. Drink half or the whole things. It’s safe and taste great!
I ended the year with a two month (and on going) water challenge. Could I drink a gallon of water a day? Turns out I can. If this jug is too overwhelming, they also make a half gallon version! Drinking a gallon of water a day has helped with digestion, dehydration, hydrating my skin and overall health.
