I greet the flabby and saggy the same way I approach the tone and tight. My workouts are built to keep you challenged and motivated at every stage. All you have to do is commit and take the first step.

I will be there holding your hand and walking you step by step on how to perform the movements. YES it’s hard and you will drip sweat but in 6 short weeks you feel better and stronger.
You can choose LIVE workouts (camera on or off) or pre-recorded training sessions. From the comfort of your home, office, or gym you have a personal trainer on call. I write custom ongoing monthly and weekly workouts. I target specific muscle groups to help you lose weight, tighten and tone and burn fat. Every workout is uploaded to google drive and hosted for the month. The link or workouts are delivered right to your inbox. We will communicate as much or as little as desired via email, texting or social media. (mssg or email me for more details on custom plans)
