Welcome to FITogether by Abercrombie & Fitness where personal training meets you right where you are. My motto is just because you can’t “physically get to me (my gym), doesn’t mean you can’t get lean!”
For whatever reason you You have a deep desire to get FIT and make real change but maybe you’re lost! You don’t know who to trust or where to begin. Cardio vs weight lifting? Which should come first? Does it even matter?
Here is the deal, YOU START WHEREVER YOU ARE! FITogether meets you at the gym, hotel or in your home or apartment. I meet you 20, 40 or 80 pounds over weight. I greet the flabby and saggy the same way I would the tone and tight. My workouts are built to keep you challenged and motivated at any level of FITness. All you have to do is commit and take the first step.
FITogether programs offer 2 workouts a week for 6 weeks. All workouts come with instructional videos of your truly walking you step by step on how to perform the movements. YES it’s hard and you will drip sweat but in 6 short weeks you feel better and stronger.
I promise not to make you stand on your head.
You will receive two workouts a week for six weeks via email. You will also be able to access instructional videos for exercises via my u-tube channel. These links are not public and protected for privacy.
You will receive my custom meal plan packet and healthy eating tips.
You will receive an invitation to to the FITogether Facebook page for weekly encouraging posts.
I highly encourage:
Three 30 minute cardio sessions. (at your leisure)
Follow my simple, basic, healthy, you will not starve, meal plan.
What will you need?
a winning positive attitude!!
access to a gym or basic gym equipment including: 5,8,10-12 pound dumbbells, bench, chair, or stair
water bottle and towel

Once I receive payment and the acknowledged disclosure form you will receive the meal plan and the first two workouts for week one! This includes the links to the workout videos.
