Here is the deal, YOU START WHEREVER YOU ARE! FITogether meets you at the gym, dorm, hotel, home or apartment. I meet you at any age and at any size or weight. All FITness levels welcome. I greet the flabby and saggy the same way I approach the tone and tight. My workouts are built to keep you challenged and motivated at every stage. All you have to do is commit and take the first step.
I offer a 6 week program, two workouts a week for 6 weeks. All workouts come with instructional videos. I will be there holding your hand and walking you step by step on how to perform the movements. Additionally, I write custom ongoing monthly or weekly workouts for some clients. I target your specific needs and goals. Every workout is added to an online notebook and delivered right to your inbox. We will communicate as much or as little as desired via email, texting or social media.
