Summer Concert season in Dallas, Texas is in full swing. No one does it better than the fine folks at LIVENATION! They offer a rich VIP concert experience that feels seamless from start to finish. So far, I have been to see Janet Jackson and Parker McCullom, neither of which disappoints.
DOS EQUIS PAVILION located at Fair Park in Dallas, Texas is still alive and kicking. This venue has stood the test of time due to the numerous upgrades and management. One of my favorite aspects is the LIVENATION VIP lounge, once named the “ICEHOUSE”.
Now a charming, boutique private lounge, just steps away from the grande pavilion and stage. The VIP lounge ticket is an upgrade featuring a secure private entrance into the concert venue. Inside is comfortable indoor and out door comfortable lounge seating with a premium full bar and food menu. What’s more is access to a private clean well maintained bathroom and phone charging station. Full screen flat screens line the walls to showcase the main stage so you never miss a beat. Want some concert merch…skip the line and order from the lounge. It sounds to good to be true but it’s actually a real experience.
Live Nation has many premium seating options within the Dallas Market. All three venues such as House of Blue, Dos Equis Pavilion, and Toyota Music Factory! For instance, an ideal ticket buyer aka concert goer can buy a box for the concert season or a (4)-(8) show package. WHAT?!!! It’s so cool!

My favorite venue of these three is Toyota Music Factory. First it’s crazy close to my home and easy peasy in and out access via the VIP entrance. Second, there is a large variety of restaurants and bars surrounding the Music Factory. However, the prime reason is the venue itself. To me…it’s a perfect size concert hall and it has AC, indoor or outdoor seating and heat if needed. It feels intimate even from the grass seats. The layout is not confusing. The food and beverage service is superb. I love the VIP lounge and private bathroom which is just 30 steps away from the box seats. It’s outstanding! I have seen Sammy Hagar twice, Harry Styles x2, The Doobie Brothers, Sebastian, and more rock icons!

LIVENATION sells packages in shows of (4), (12) or Full Season. The average cost per person in a box is about $300, the more shows you commit to that price point per person comes down a bit. Box seating holds (16), (10) (6) or (4) guest.

I have been going to Dos Equis for over 20 years and had no idea they offered premium seating. I jumped on the offer for the Janet Jackson concert. Me and four girlfriends recently purchased box seats including the VIP lounge and parking. It’s a crazy convenient in and out and no lines for the ladies room. Our padded seats were swanky and the service was prompt. The menu options are a variety of cheese boards, burger and fries or large pretzel! The stage view speaks for itself as does the giant big screens on each side of the stage.

If you like music…buy in and save money and time with the premium package seating. It’s the way to go for the serious concert music lover! ROCK ON!
