Alright, alright, alright…and welcome to your Monday morning meltdown. I have graciously composed a motivating workout guaranteed to make you sweat. This is a high cardio circuit targeting triceps and outer and inner thigh. Unlike Beyonce, I’m confident you can handle it!
Start by jogging in place for 30 seconds
- Tricep dips 25-30 reps
- ball pass abs – 20 reps
- 3 pulse ab crunch. – 20 reps
- Tricep push downs – or skull crushers 20 reps
- Side lunges with a hop – hold two dumbbells 12 each side
- Skaters – side to side for 1 minute
- 3 pulse pile with 30 or 40 pound weight
- Ali shuffles back and fourth for 1 minute
repeat this set for 3-5 times
