There is much to celebrate. For starters, it’s FRIDAY and that’s always fun. Secondly, it’s Super Bowl weekend and football fans everywhere are gearing up for festivities…the Denver Broncos vs. the Carolina Panthers.
Speaking of gear up, I have prepared a red hot Tabata workout. Push through 8-10 rounds of this bad boy. You will feel empowered and tight. Remember you don’t have to count reps which is a nice break. We are three weeks away from my super bowl – The OSCARS…the red carpet evening of glam. No matter what your goal was for this challenge…I want to encourage you to keep it up.
The Workouts are tuff…workouts =discomfort. Each workout is designed to sculpt your muscles and burn fat.

Half dumbbell burs – only curl from bottom to half way
plank with a lawn mower
Hold a squat or wall sit (deep squat)
*** repeat 8-10 four minute rounds
