The things we do for FITness

Fellow workout warriors, let’s all bow our heads for a moment of humble silence to reflect on all of the radicle FITness habits we practice on a daily basis. I’m talking about the  unashamed dedicated tricks of the trade we perform to keep a healthy happy physically FIT body!  For the LOVE of FITness, admit it…it’s a never-ending disciplined lifestyle and we wouldn’t want it any other way!

Here are a few of the quirky things I do for FITness!

1) enduring the elements; like running and power walking in the heat, wind, rain and the snow.

2) bottoms up! chugging down a protein shake like a boss…gulp gulp gulp GONE!

3) sacrificing savory taste for a redundant plate of egg whites or boiled chicken or tuna with steamed veggies and brown rice! img_2352

4) waking up at the crack of dawn, dark thirty to workout!

5) don’t mind if I do…take a little romp in the hay with Mr. Chicken Fry. Gotta burn calories some how and every bit of cardio counts! 😉💏

6) purchase 8 pair or more of tennis shoes in a year. Two pair a quarter because I need one for cross training and the other for running. The mileage adds up fast!IMG_0393

7) invest time and energy contorting, lifting and sweating while pushing and challenging my body to the limit!

8) die to cheese! It’s a total no no!  Not ever ever. This also includes processed foods aka poison!  🚫🚫🚫🚫

9) take good care of my skin! Due to the harsh Texas climate and continuous sweat, I make sure to exfoliate and use an effective moisturizer.  I use REMEVERSE SKIN CARE religiously!

10) complete a quick set of push ups before going out on the weekends!  I gotta get my pump on!

11) make numerous trips to the ladies room because all of the water I guzzle has got to go some where! Lacroix Sparkling water

12) begin and end my day with Blue-Emu cream or spray for my sore muscles!  No offense to the epsom bath salts but Blue-Emu is ALWAYS ready to work for me. The continuous spray travels light in your gym bag, purse or brief case!



13) rock a little lip gloss, tinted moisturizer (SPF)  and mascara in the gym or on my run! Makes me feel somewhat cute why not?

14) live to FLEX and eat a weekly cheat meal! 💪🏽💪🏽🍰🍾
