Bringing Sweaty Back, FITness Videos, Muscles and Mascara


Who me?  Uhh Uhh oney.  Never.

I mean not from FITness/exercise anyway.

Working out, eating clean and cardio exercises are actually my escape.  The gym, FITness is a happy place for me to relieve pent up anger, stress, sugar, and champagne intake!

So no, I’m not burned out, I’m just getting started!

Yall, I’m soooo ready to burn some muscles out and get the ripped look.  After all bikini bodies are made in the WINTER TIME!Are you ready???


Burning a muscle out to total fatigue is the ticket to lean muscle growth.  This doesn’t discount eating clean.  And if you are thinking, “sounds like a lot of money and time Angi, I just don’t have either of these right now.”  Think again.   I have once already put the water on those old lame flame excuses.

Finding Time  and or Is FITness too EXPENSIVE

I’m talking about taking the body muscle by muscle to create a muscular lean tight physique.

Starting with biceps and booty work.

Bicep circles – 15 reps heavy followed by assisted chin ups to fatigue!

Squats heavy with a loaded squat bar – 15 reps followed by 20 dumbell squats with a resistance band.  

3 part bicep curl   followed by bicep curls on decline bench

Heavy Alternating Lunges followed by 50 single leg weighted glute squeezes

Elevated push ups

STep ups with glute squeese followed by 20 jump squats

This IS BURN OUT BABY!  It’s hard and it heavy but the result is serious sculpt.

Your butt is going to be SORE.
