Where does pure motivation come from?
The answer might surprise you!
It comes from the inside. It’s what drives you to do something. Motivation is the thing that moves you to action.
Inspiration comes from the outside. We are often inspired by outside influences. We might find inspiring solace in a book or catching a fab sunset. Reading a magazine article, seeing an inspiring post or a photograph can inspire you.
I tell you this…Inspiration is nothing without motivation.

Everybody has one and sometimes they change over time.
Do you want vitality? Are you back in the dating pool and want to feel sexy? Are you looking to drop some weight? Are you motivated to exercise so you can drink wine? Do you want to have sex with the lights on? Do you want to be a hip active grandmother? Maybe you want to rock the little black dress at your birthday or class reunion. Vacation body! Do you need to lower your risk of stroke and heart attack because your doctor says so?
Whatever it is you must know it, hold it close to your heart and in the forefront of your brain. When you marry motivation and mindset you are unstoppable.
