Best of 2017: Tabata workout #4

I’m a big fan of TABATA timed workouts.  It’s high energy and you don’t have to count reps!!!!  Tabata is alotta movements in 4 minutes time.

It’s fast.  Eight exercises in 4 minutes is no joke.  Each movement is timed over 20 second intervals with 10 second rest periods.

This was one of the best  hardest Tabata series according to the workout warriors at Abercrombie and FITness.  I think we have done worse but none the less now it ‘s your turn to decide.

Side to side lunge with a front press

planks pushes

10 rounds minimum for Advanced

8 rounds intermediate

6 rounds beginner

Be sure to down load a Tabata Timer.  The App store has free Tabata Timer apps.  I use the HI2 app. as seen above.

You want to be sure it’s on the 8 exercise interval 20 second timer  4 minutes total!

You’re going to be a hot sweaty mess. You will earn your Christmas treats that’s for sure.
