In my wonderings, I often gaze out in the sky and imagine what it would be like to have a sit down and interview the CEO or founders of Little Debbie snack foods, Hostess or Nabisco.
Like what even could be their premier mission statement?
Would it be…”To sell sweet treats that make people happy”
Our mission is to mass produce sugary processed junk food with zero nutritional value leading people to crash into a pit of elastic waistbands and shame! Often this obscene craving for sugar sends people into a tizzy for more and more empty wasted calories further adding to the obesity epidemic.
Now, can you imagine this sit down…
“Hello Mr. CEO of Marlboro… how would you describe your product or companies mission statement?”
“Well here at Marlboro we are committed to making a stellar addictive stuffed nicotine stick that knowingly causes cancer to millions of Americans across the country. Additionally our products can cause and lead to a plethora of health issues non of which are positive.
I mean what are we/they thinking?
People…the junk food makers of the world aren’t much better than Mr. Marlboro.
Their mission is absurd and illogical. Do you want to know what Na mission statement is… America’s first choice for goodness in snacking, anytime, anywhere! It’ doesn’t say much does it?

I’m no stranger to candy and cake. I have a legit sweet tooth. I mean who doesn’t desire butter, sugar and flour baked and topped with gooey rich icing?
A new study revealed that lack of exercise is as bad as smoking E-cigs or cigarettes.
DID YOU HEAR THAT?
LACK of activity is as bad as smoking. This isn’t good my friend. We need to rise above.

It’s pure science. Diet and exercise can help improve and maintain optimal health which might look different for everone. But the med epidemic is off the chart. It’s too much.
My clients actually hug and kiss me when they get their second check up after starting a consistant workout program. They are shocked and overjoyed that less or no medicaiton is a reality. It’s completely possible.
