Count down: Best of 2017 (workouts)

The count down to Christmas is full on!!  The final days of 2017 are winding down but at  Abercrombie and FITness, our workouts are heating up!

Speaking of counting, it is with a grateful full heart that I want to THANK all of my gorgeous loyal, hard working, fun, energetic workout warriors.  I count on these super smiles and enthusastic women to show up and give me their full attention for several hours a week.  They in turn, count on me to steady their mind, while I train, shape balance and strengthen their bodies.

I would be remiss if I also didn’t include all of my steady virtual go getters!  These lovelies, who are spread all over the US, bought into my mantra that “just because you can’t get to me doesn’t mean you can’t get lean.”  They took a stab at my 6 week virtual program and are seeing the fruits of their labor.   Thank you gals, yall touch my heart with your continual enthusiasm.  I often get photos of these sweat angels pounding it out at a hotel gym or in their bedroom lunging to a custom

What’s so cool is that each individual person is unique.  None of their goals are uniform.  Every beautiful female has a designated objective.  And so I push, challenge and encourage week after week.  Breeding energy, burning fat and creating endorphins that birth results.  The women do the work and the workouts speak for themselves.

The spirit of Christmas has me feeling all kinds of cheerful.  So much so… that I have decided to present you with a PRESENT, my Christmas gift to you. FITness fanatics, prepare to unwrap a new workout, the BEST OF 2017, every day from now until Christmas. 

Trust me, I’ve done these killer workouts and there will be something for everyone. Take them for a spin, test drive them and come back  for more.
