Introducing the yummiest cole slaw ever made! I hate to even call it a cole slaw because this zesty dish can function as so much more. Not to mention it’s mayo free which means it’s a skinny receipe! #abercrombiefitnessapprovedfood
First, let me tell you what’s inside this festive bowl of goodness.
4 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups diced fresh pineapple
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup cilantro
2 table spoons of minced jalapeños
1 red Fresno chili
1 teaspoon lime zest plys 2 table spoons of fresh lime juice
1 radish
1 table spoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of table salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

This easy to make side dish is refreshing, light, and packs a kick. What’s more is this cole slaw can function as a ceviche. THIS WOULD taste amazing with shrimp.
This colorful slaw would be fantastic as a topper or filler on fish tacos. OH YEAH!
And for the chip and dip lovers…this fruity food tastes wonderful piled high on a crunchy tortilla chip one bite full at a time.
As a stand alone dish it’s best paired with fajitas or a downhome fish fry!
