Hello and Good Monday morning to you!

Today  I’m delighted as giddy as a school girl, to be the featured FITness trainer by my sweet and lean friend Megan atHONEY WERE HOME .

It’s more like a dream come true.  This doll is FIT as a fiddle and workout warrior in her own right!

Megan is wrapping up a 30 day FITness challegne with her readers and I had the pleasure of helping her end it with a bang.  An insane grand slam booty and ab workout.

Here are the highlighted exercises for the week.  I have modified each exercise for beginners, intermediate and advanced.  I recommend doing 3-6 sets.  Beginners would do 15 reps, intermediate, 20 and advanced 30 reps of each exercise.

The Basic Hip Thrust

For all of your FITness fanatics, my workout clothes are from Lululemon. I’m wearing my one and only heart throb speed up short in white. I was scared to buy white shorts for all of the reasons we women are afraid of white shorts. First off I’m sloppy, dirty and terrified they would be see through. But thankfully the nude built in panties are seamless and the color helps my Summer tan pop. The distressed purple crop top is super cool in the heat and I just love the floral like print on the sports bra. I’m loving my easy slide on Adidas ultra boosts I purchased on amazon.
